He has been professionally involved in research, consulting, and training in information system and telecommunication network security since ’98 and in information technology since ’92.

In his career he has followed security infrastructure projects; activities’ risk and vulnerability verification and analysis, attack simulation, cyber incident management and response, and training. Clients he has followed include banking institutions, government agencies, and companies of national and international significance.

He has participated as a lecturer or speaker in courses, masters and conferences. He is one of the founders of the “sikurezza.org” project, a noncommercial portal aimed at the dissemination of information security issues.
