Mutual Respect:
Respect the opinions, experiences and views of other participants, speakers and staff members.
Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behaviour related to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or other personal characteristics.
Professionalism:
Behave in a professional manner in every interaction, both online and in-person.
Maintain a collaborative and open attitude towards feedback and the opinions of others.
Avoid behaviour that may distract or disturb other participants, such as excessive use of electronic devices during presentations.
Clear and respectful communication:
Use respectful language during discussions and interactions, both during sessions and outside official event or course spaces.
We do not tolerate offensive, aggressive or sexist language.
Safety and well-being:
Act in a manner that does not endanger the physical or psychological safety of any participant.
Immediately report any inappropriate behaviour or incidents that may compromise safety to the event organiser.
Privacy and confidentiality:
Respect the privacy of participants, speakers and staff. Avoid unauthorised recording, dissemination or sharing of images or confidential information during private sessions or meetings.
Behaviour during courses and practical sessions:
Actively participate and respect the rules of each practical session, workshop or course, following the instructions of the trainers.
Use the equipment and materials provided correctly and do not damage them.
Unacceptable behaviour:
Any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation.
Verbal or physical abuse towards other participants, speakers, staff members or sponsors.
Misuse of electronic devices or technology during sessions that interferes with activities or presentations.
Dissemination of offensive or inappropriate material.
Violation of the privacy of other participants or unauthorised recording of private content.
Procedures in case of violation of the Code of Conduct: In case of violation of the above rules, the HackInBo® Group Srl organization reserves the right to take disciplinary measures, which may include immediate expulsion from the event or course, without the right to a refund.
