Paolo Dal Checco carries out Technical Consultancy activities at his Forensic Computer Science Studio based in Turin, operating in the field of criminal, civil and extrajudicial proceedings in the service of Public Prosecutors, Courts and Law Enforcement Agencies but also of companies, individuals and Lawyers.

After earning a Bachelor’s and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin, he devoted several years to the study and development of solutions related to communication and data encryption.

For some time now, he has been fully dedicated to computer forensics, working as a freelancer and within his own firm specializing in computer expertise and digital investigations.

He collaborates with the University of Turin, a member of IISFA, LAB4INTEL, CLUSIT, AIP, AssobIT and Tech & Law is one of the founders of the National Observatory for Computer Forensics ONIF and an advocate of open source platforms and solutions for forensic acquisition and analysis.

Specializing in forensic analysis of computers, smartphones, and computer networks, he also extends his digital forensic work in the fields of OSINT and SOCMINT, as well as computer forensics on audio and video recordings.
